Procrastination!!!

So I have been procrastinating for an extremely long time plus Nick has not been sending pictures soooooo....... Nick is loving being an office elder!! I think he enjoys the hectic life and the organizing things and all that fun stuff!!! I think the OCD runs in the family!! He has been gone for a year next week!! YAY!!! One more year and we get Nick back!!!! YAY!!! Anyways here are some pictures!!

I really don't have much to say except for oh Nick...... YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GAIN WEIGHT ON A MISSION!!!! This is why I love him!!!!

Nick likes imaginary doors it makes him feel good that there is nothing to slam on him!! lol!!

Can you see the shaking and the drooling going on in this picture!!! I'm surprised he didn't "lose" his balance and "fall" in!!! This kid is seriously going to live at the pool when he gets home!! He is going to be all wrinkly and old looking by the time his first month home is up!!

This was a cake my mom called and had the lady in the office get him. He said he had a pretty good birthday so that is a good thing!! All of you that forgot his birthday SHAME ON YOU!!! lol

I think we all miss hearing Nick play the piano... He is amazing and they figured that out on his mission so he gets to play!!!

Nick made Masa Bread!! A Portuguese sweet roll that are so yummy.... My mom and grandma make these and they are gone in a day!

He was excited that he saw this sign with Edgar Allan Poe's name on it. He likes Poe if you didn't figure that out!

Nick with Elder Tye

Nick just got transferred to a new area that is 45 minutes away from the next closest missionaries!! He lives in a place that is actually a branch of 25 members!! He says he feels stranded!! And alone!! He is excited though because he talked all the missionaries into getting together in February and doing a laser tag game in one of the churches!! He is very excited to have contact with the other missionaries! The branch president in his area is actually his last companions cousin so he says the two of them get along very well!! The people down in that area live in old slave houses and for fun they walk around outside because there is nothing to do inside!! He says the street names down there are all names and there is some pretty funny ones!

This is a family that Nick spent Christmas morning with that fed him lots of food! They gave he and his companion canes (as Nick would say "pimp" canes) for Christmas!

Nick was happy to report it actually snowed in L.A.!! So he just had to make a snow angel!
